There are two methods to choose when buying a ticket.
Method 1: Buying from your nearest ticket office. We have over 50 ticket offices/agents spreading throughout service routes as follows:

Method 2: Booking over the phone through Yellow Bus Call Center and pay electronically (via ATM, bank’s counter, or the Internet). Followings are 3 easy steps to do so:
Step1: Call and specify travel date and seat.
Call our Call Center at 038 967965-7 and request to book a seat and pay by ATM. You must make booking before 2PM if you want to travel on the same day. For travel dates after the date you call to book can be made until 10PM. Our Call Center office hours is 6AM-11PM daily. Seats are available for booking up to 7 days in advance.
Step2: Make payment via any ATM or at any bank's counter.
After choosing an appropriate trip and confirming a seat number, our staff will give you the amount you need to transfer. The account to transfer is: Roong Reuang Coach (Mukdahan) Co., Ltd.
Bangkok Bank Savings Account number: 762-0-005921
Passengers can make a transfer at any ATMs or at any bank's counters. The payment must be done before 3pm if the travel date is the same day as the date you call for booking. For travel dates after the day you call to book, the payment must be done before 9pm of the booking date. The booked seats will be automatically unbooked if payment is not done within time specified.
Please note that the two digits decimal points after the fare amount (for example 659.15) are used as identification for each booking passenger, so please do not round up or down.
Step3: Go to pick up place 30 minutes before departure.
Transfer the amount specified and take the payment slip to present at our staff 30 minutes before departure to get a proper ticket.
Special Promotion: Passengers booking over the phone and pay electronically (ATM, Internet, bank’s counter) get 5% discount over normal fare excluding Songkran and New Year festivals. Offer is valid until 31/12/2011.
